The official language of the conference will be English.
The presentations of the conference are requested in two formats: paper and poster presentations. One-page abstracts of maximum 500 words should be submitted electronically to 10ncb@ut.ee by the 1st of June 2009. The oral presentation should last 20 minutes to which 10 minutes for questions and answers will be added. The posters will be demonstrated in free form and each poster-presentation has an opportunity for comment on the poster (10 minutes).
The acceptance of the theses will be announced before the 10th of June.
The conference fees are
- regular 130 EUR
- student 80 EUR
Registration is open from the 10th of June. Conference fee includes reception, conference dinners (2), lunches (2), coffee breaks on two conference days, and the conference proceedings.
We kindly ask you to register to the conference before the 30th of June. Cancellations are not possible.
